At DECIBEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home audio and decor purchases. If your item isn't perfectly tuned to your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original DECIBEL packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
